I took 4 months off to volunteer for a climate change group!

Earlier this year, I took four months off to help facilitate the four vegan pop up kitchens for Extinction Rebellion, in the protests in the centre of London in April. I've been working pretty solidly for 20 years, so this was a pretty scary jump for me, but I wanted to make sure that the food offered to everyone on the protest, was vegan and sourced (as much as was possible) from food that would go to waste or landfill if it wasn't eaten by us!
Vegan and ethical design is the only way forward for our industry. We must take responsibility for our suggestions and help clients see the alternatives that available to them.
